Puskar)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) reports that a hunter saw a bigfoot while raccoon hunting near Bellefonte, Pennsylvania on February 19, 2025. The witness, identified as MK, had parked his truck at the trailhead of Spring Creek Canyon late that afternoon and was carrying a spotlight and a shotgun to hunt raccoons in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He described the terrain to BFRO as being a stand of pine trees and the ground cover as open and not too thick, but the canopy was extremely dense and blocked out much of the ambient light. It was shortly after 6 pm and there was almost no twilight left and the encroaching darkness was making MK very nervous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After he passed the rock face he was walking along, MK heard a single solid knock southwest of his position. He described the knock as \u201cif you took a bat and gave a tree a nice firm tap.\u201d This sound unnerved him. He continued walking, trying to keep himself calm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At this point MK had his spotlight out and was scanning the forest back and forth. He could hear the movement of something \u201cslowly and surely\u201d paralleling him. He heard ice and twigs crunching beneath what sounded like footsteps that were proceeding from the location of the wood knock.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As he moved forward he kept turning back to look behind him. Turning with his spotlight, he caught a glimpse of some movement. Something large and upright disappeared behind a tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was facing south, with his shotgun in one hand, spotlight in the other, and a cellphone in his vest pocket set to speakerphone. He was now talking to a friend and scanned the forest again with his spotlight. Turning partially to his left, his light caught the creature \u201cdead in the face.\u201d It was roughly 40 yards away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MK described the face as looking roughly like the face of King Kong in the most recent 2024 movie, with some differences. \"The nose was sharper. It was not super wide or flared.\u201d The skin color of the face appeared to be a medium gray, surrounded by wispy, lighter gray hair. It had a pronounced brow ridge and sunken eyes. The mouth was \u201cthin-lipped\u201d and closed. The jaw appeared \u201cnot sharp like a human\u2019s, more a rounded, blocky chin.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MK estimates it was over seven feet tall. He could not fully see the body as it was partially hidden behind a pine tree. He described the bulk as massive: \u201cTake the biggest body builder you have known in your life, and double it.\u201d The upper arm and shoulder were \u201cmassive.\u201d He said the trapezius muscles were huge, seemingly coming up to just under the ears\u2014leaving the animal with no observable neck. The creature was \u201cabsolutely jacked.\u201d The witness was able to view the creature for only about two seconds before it pulled back behind the tree. He quickly returned to his vehicle.
